Samsel Architects was pleased to collaborate again with the Southern Highlands Craft Guild for the new Southern Highlands Craft Gallery in Biltmore Village. Our firm's initial project with the Guild was the 1992 renovation of the Allanstand Craft Shop at the Folk Art Center on the Blue Ridge Parkway. One of the main benefits of a sustainably designed, energy efficient home is the long-term financial savings it can afford. With their new incentives, Duke Energy Progress helps offset the short-term costs of energy-efficiency upgrades for new homes.
